When we first started out in 1972, our goal was to always exceed expectations. Since then, we’ve gained a reputation for boiler services delivered with care. equality training so every member of the community is left with a positive feeling when we leave.

But that’s not all. Our staff matter to us too so we provide wellbeing support in the form of mental health training and other assistance to ensure our staff are looked after.


 You’ll find all our staff, from our call centre here in Luton to our GasSafe engineers, are highly competent with a passion for what they do.

We insist on employing the best. That’s why all our engineers are GasSafe engineers with extensive experience of installing, servicing and repairing a vast range of domestic and commercial boilers. Having worked widely across the gas, heating and renewable energy industry, from our managers to our engineers, you’ll find we are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional.

response times are fast with our operatives working in a focused manner to ensure your boiler is

You can rest assured all our operatives are GasSafe registered and carefully vetted, with extensive recognised national training, valid, up to date qualifications and accreditations from numerous industry assessment bodies.

Indeed, our business holds all the accreditations you would expect plus many more. We are MCS, NIC, HETAS and HIES approved, we hold a TrustMark, are a member of the APHC and you’ll find many more endorsements and awards on our home page.


We work through a solid company structure with highly experienced managers overseeing operations and supervisors heading up teams. Our management team are driven to continuously monitor, assess and improve every aspect of our business to ensure we consistently deliver excellence across the company.
